At MCR Homes, we are pleased to offer and full-range of in-house design services that make visualizing your future home a fun and involved process. From full-custom floor plans, to comprehensive electrical layouts and detailed cabinetry and trim drawings, our goal is to make our homeowners confident in their selections while feeling apart of the design process in the early planning stages. The most subtle details are important to us and being able to accurately put those features on paper is just one way we make an MCR home stand out above the rest.
TRANSPARENCY
As a family-run business, we understand the value of transparent communication during the planning and construction of a home. It’s for this reason that our team is apart of each step of the design, construction and closing stages of your home. MCR has no salespeople or third-party consultants, which often serve as a buffer from you to the builder. Instead, we assure you constant communication with members of our team to ensure that selections and details are completed on time and to your expectations. While our homeowners can expect most communication to be done over email, our team also encourages and welcomes regular site visits during this exciting period as your home takes shape.
SIMPLE DEPOSIT STRUCTURE - 'ONE AND DONE'
Building a new, custom home can stressful enough and worrying about varying and intermittent deposits (‘draws’) is the last thing we want our homeowners to be concerned with during the building process. It’s for this reason that MCR Homes has maintained a ‘one and done’ deposit structure since being founded 2005 – an uncommon practice in today’s market. Bring your single deposit with you on the day of signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) and coordinate the closing costs/balance owing to be paid only on the date of closing as noted in your Tarion Statement of Critical Dates.

If you want to find the MCR team at work, there’s no better place than at your new home under construction. While we advise all our MCR homeowners to schedule their visits to site, you can be assured to find an MCR representative present throughout the course of the day at your new home under construction.
