Founder and President of MCR Homes, Julio Pereira has over 40 years of experience in the local and regional construction industry. Beginning as a trim-carpenter after arriving to Canada from Portugal and later transitioning to general contracting in 2005, he has developed a reputation for being a hands-on builder with a commitment and passion for custom homebuilding. With high expectations to delivering quality built homes, Julio’s mission is to be a customer-focused homebuilder who offers competitive pricing, superior craftsmanship design excellence and customer service that fosters customer loyalty.
Today, MCR Homes continues to run family owned and operated company with Julio’s wife, Carmen, and sons, Michael and Ryan, working hand-in-hand during all stages of the homebuilding from custom floorplans, to selections, site visits and after-closing warranty.
